Upon approval of this application, the undersigned agrees to be bound by the published rates, policies, rules and regulations of Greenville Water (on-file in its office, copies of which may be had on request) and any revision or changes therein which may be made from time to time.

It is understood that this meter is to provide residential irrigation only to the property referenced herein and that in the event designated “extreme” drought stages are declared, Greenville Water has the option to impose limitations on outdoor watering, up to and including temporarily discontinuing water service to this meter.

Greenville Water recommends that the customer install a pressure-reducing valve (PRV) beyond the water meter on the customer’s private service line. In accepting an application for water service, Greenville Water shall not be responsible for any loss or damages resulting from breaking any pipeline, service line, appurtenance, water heater, or appliance; high, low, or fluctuating pressure; water service interruption, or for any cause whatsoever.
